"Worst service centre no one will listen to you, even your claim approve but your scooter will not get repair, they will take atlist 6/to 8 months. They will harress you untill you fadeup, Ola scooter is worst, even service is more worst. I visited 7 times from long distance around 100 km for just to ask my repair condition,, even they will not provide you contact number for service manager if you get that they will not pick your call, .. i owner ola scooter last 2 yrs, in the last 2 yrs scooter with me only 6 months rest the time in service centre, last 5 month it's in the service centre only .. Totally horrible experience I will not suggest any one to buy the scooter,, do your own research... For the service centre it's horrible..guys"

"There is not sufficient staff to handle the service requests. After seeing the heap of not working Ola scooters anyone can guess the pathetic service. There is no service available at all It is highly recommended to not purchase Ola electric."

"I purchased S1X in July24 and fed up with it's performance and service. It generally out of working on the road and we take it to service station but they refuse to accept and repair it immediately. We logged complaint and they sent sms to be get repaired with in 24 hrs but not attending and without service or repair closed the ticket. Very very poor performance and service. Suggestions not to buy OLA electric."
